# Returns and refunds Customers may request a return for a delivered order within 30 days of delivery. Final-sale items are excluded. A return request starts in pending status; a human team reviews it. No refund is issued automatically. Refund status is shown separately and begins as not started. Keep the order number handy when contacting support.
